SCAMMER!
I know I have been scammed, by the former chairman of the IFC, International Finance Corporation, known as Phillipee,! He not only scammed me out of a full pension payment, he also, hacked into my Facebook account, and tried to scam other people, on my friends list, and this IFC mob are still contacting me, and asking for more money, to pay out, in order for me to receive my winnings! The cash refund for this Grant, in my case, was, $45,000 AU. They are claiming it is mine, and once, I make a final payment of, $350, the cash will be posted to me, via FED-X.
And after asking for more evidence, they showed me, some fake people that had received this money via a FED-X delivery, direct to their homes! Again, I did not believe this, as they are now opporating in Australia, and all these pictures and video footage, were all from the US.
Now, I had first reported this Fraud to PayPal, as my first payment was made on that website. And after some investigation, PayPal informed me, that all was ok, as the Payment was made to Friends and Family! And not to the IFC, like I imagined it was! And the reason, Phillipee had done it this way, was, it was ok, and Legal. I did try to Bill him for 755AU, to recover my costs, but nothing happened there, as it was ignored! Next, I asked my ANZ bank for a refund, and again they couldn't do anything! So now I am asking more questions of the Agent, and also in the process of exposing these Fraudsters! Any more help, would be most appreciated!
